Mentoring for students or practitioners. Guidance and support to encourage and help you to achieve your full potential as a successful and confident practitioner.

A requirement for many 1st year practitioners.

Wendy says: "My purpose in mentoring is to enhance your confidence to succeed and to help you achieve your full potential as a practitioner, for the benefit of both yourself and your clients'.

I am qualified in a wide range of Holistic therapies, with many years experience. I am able to offer guidance and support in all aspects:

§         In managing and developing your practice;

§         In working with clients to help them most effectively;

§         Alternatively, just by providing a supportive environment for listening with understanding and empathy.

Although mentoring is fast becoming a mandatory requirement for full registration of most therapies, I know how beneficial it can be. That is why I consider this amongst one of the most important aspects of the services I offer."

CPD’s  

Are now almost compulsory for every Holistic Therapy and Insurance. The CPD’s are a way of regulating how you develop your awareness in your chosen field and help to ensure that we as therapist do not remain stagnant in our knowledge for we should be constantly growing and learning.

I offer two workshops per year that help to complete your CPD’s these are only for Reiki and Spiritual Healing.

There are other ways to complete your CPD’s by reading attending talks/workshops relating to your therapy, attending fairs, giving talks to others etc.

Rotherham Reiki provides a no nonsense approach to all of her courses and workshops, believing that hands on experience whilst training is a must for all holistic therapies, so considering this Wendy holds Reiki Shares and Healing Circles to enable students to gain their confidence with out applying any pressure

All courses/classes are provided with comprehensive workbooks that are updated on a regular basis. Rotherham Reiki also produces her own meditative CD’s that relate to the course and are including in the course fee.

A 21 day Self Healing Journal can also be bought from Rotherham Reiki enabling you to record your experiences

Each course/class is easily understandable and no previous form of Holistic Therapy Training is necessary. Wendy gives you the tools that will last a lifetime.
