I am a fully qualified and insured Holistic Therapist
I am qualified and insured for all of my therapies, which come complete with health notes explaining the therapy. I do not give therapies to men only and would advise that if you were seeking a holistic therapy I would only accept an appointment if you brought your wife along with you ~ unless you are known to me ~ also stating that there would be another person in the building for the health and safety of both parties.
There is no need to undress for any of my therapies. But I would like to say that if you have oils with head massages I have protective wraps to ensure oils do not permeate your clothing you will need to wash you hair once you return home with a good shampoo ~ the oils used in head massages leaves your hair in wonderful condition.
All holistic therapies are to run along side the medical care you receive from your Medical Team and Doctor and not instead of.
Holistic Therapies can sooth and revitalise, uplift the spirit, encourage positive thinking, boost the immune system, help you to de-stress, cope better with depression.
Holistic therapies are very therapeutic enabling the body to bring itself back to a state of balance and well-being in a holistic and natural way.
HOPI EAR CANDLING ~ £23:00
The healing property of the Hopi Ear Candling has its foundation in two primary physical actions
Firstly, the slight pressure (the chimney effect) inside the ear candle and the vibration of the rising column serve to gently massage the eardrum and promote secretion in the frontal and paranassal sinuses
This has an immediate effect of regulating and balancing ear pressure. Users often describe a soothing, light sensation in the ear and head area.
Secondly, the locally applied warmth stimulates vascularization, invigorates the immune system and reinforces the flow of the lymph. At the same time, important acupuncture points and reflex zones are stimulated.

You do not have to undress for the act of Reiki and therapists will never touch intimate parts. The therapist may however with your consent touch limbs, head, shoulders, and middle of body. If you feel uncomfortable with this then please feel free to say so, the therapists will just move their hands just a few inches away from the body. This has no detriment to the act of healing.
Please note that sometimes Reiki Healing can be very emotional, during the healing session emotions and blockages are released or this may happen in the days that follow, this is a normal experience as healing can be on an emotional level as well as the physical.
Emotional blockages can manifest as illness, which need to be released before the body can heal
What will happen?
During treatments, you may feel relaxed and calm. It is quite usual for some to fall asleep. You may feel warmth or a sensation of heat coming from the therapist’s hands once again this is usual.
In the evening you may find that, you have a better nights sleep than before still feeling relaxed and calm.
Some experience a surge of energy in the days that follow
Others experience emotions that they had long forgotten about or thought that they had dealt with. This is once again a part of healing that is often not recognised, but needs to be dealt with before the body can heal and return back to a state of harmony.
CRYSTAL REIKI ~ £
Intuitively chosen crystals are placed on and around the body allowing the crystal energies to be absorbed by the body, which in turn promotes well being. Individual crystal(s) can be chosen if you have an ailment to which the corresponding crystals can be used.
Reiki is then applied in the normal way
This is a wonderful therapy and can be used to balance Chakras and Cleanse Auras, amongst many other applications for which crystals can be used
KUNDALINI REIKI ~ £
Kundalini Reiki is applied in the same way as any other reiki, Kundalini Reiki is a little bit like having a power boost brought into the healing session.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Eastern head massage is an incredibly relaxing therapy involving massage of the upper back, shoulder and neck, head and face. Massage of these areas soothes, comforts and rebalances the energy flow to produce a feeling of peace and tranquillity. Spiritual Healing has been practiced for thousands of years. Spiritual healing hold no doctrines and you do not have to hold to a particular faith to receive healing.
You do not have to undress for the act of Healing and therapists will never touch intimate parts. The therapist may however with your consent touch limbs, head, shoulders, and middle of body. Works on the same principle as Indian Head Massage but with Tibetan, the acupressure point in the head and shoulders are massaged and stimulated, very relaxing to receive. The head massage can be received ‘dry’ or with ‘specially blended aromatic oils’
